For an ashes into glass memorial item you will be sent a pack so you can send us a small amount of ashes securely to our glassmaker who will then hand make your item and send it to you in a lovely presentation box and with Certificate of Authentication.
PLEASE NOTE; Ashes pack will automatically be sent once the order is placed.
The whole process takes upto 10 weeks from receipt of the ashes.
